Job Description:  Insulation Installer
 
Insulation Installers are responsible for installing insulation in a variety of structures and surfaces to exclude or retain heat. Insulation Installers will use common hand tools to measure cut and fit various types of insulation. They may also use compressors to “blow-in” or “spray-on” insulation. Other duties around the shop will also be completed as necessary by the Insulation Installer.

Some of the duties include:
Installs batt insulation in walls and ceilings
Completes prep work including foam and caulk, fireproofing, baffles, wind tunnels, stuffing windows, filling joist spaces, etc.
Installs blow-in insulation
Installs poly or other vapor barriers
Loads and unloads, completes safety checks and basic maintenance and care of trucks
Completes warehouse duties including stocking, inventory counts, cleanups, unloading of semi's etc.
Handles job site cleanup
Completes paperwork required for reporting
Job Requirements
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one
Steele Siding experience required with references.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Forklift training a plus.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.

Job Description:   Part-time Evening Shop Maintenance worker 2nd shift hours 2pm-7pm and possible weekends
Some of the duties include, but not limited to as follows:
Loads and unloads, completes safety checks and basic maintenance and care of trucks
Completes warehouse duties including stocking, inventory counts, cleanups, unloading of semi's etc.
Receive and count stock items against pack slip and turn in all paper work to office.
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in shop/warehouses, or storage yard.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in shop/warehouses, tool, supply, and/or other areas.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, storage, shop/warehouse areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment and report to supervisor.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisor.
Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.

Job Description:   Production Scheduler  approx start time 6:30 am (full time position)
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within and/or between job rigs according to production schedule.  Duties include reviewing and distributing production work, conferring with owner, marketing and sales to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems. Working knowledge of buildings construction, carpentry repair work and insulation procedures.
Some of the duties include, but not limited to as follows:
Examine work orders, materials, and monitor work progress, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and priorities.
Confer with owner and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Revise production schedules when required due to changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with owner, marketing, sales, and production.
Confer with establishment personnel, and customers to coordinate production activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
Record production data, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Calculate figures such as required amounts of labor and materials needed per job.
Distribute production schedules and work orders.
Compile information, materials inventories, materials used, labor hours and customer information, so that status reports can be completed.

Job Objective:
Responsible for sales activities, identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows which generate leads.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales of professional services tailored exclusively to the sale of insulation industry.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge that allows Sales Associate to give effective presentation of our insulation products.
Complete understanding of pricing and estimate.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners, prospective customer and decision makers.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers.
Maintain documentation of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Creates and offer estimates that identify prospects problems, the effects of the problems, and solutions to their problems.
Responsible for developing good client relationships and referrals.
Demonstrates the ability to price and present solutions to client's insulation problems.
